The end of another year, new year honours, sports awards, highs and lows...........forget all that here is the rainfall stats for the year!

Dryest year since 'records began' in 1997 was 2005 with 668 mm the wettest 2000 1066 mm. 2010 a rather dull average of 849 mm.

The average for 13 years is 845 mm.
