Interesting facts:
So called "April Showers"? April has in fact the second lowest monthly
rainfall - in 2007 it barely rained at all!
June often has the least monthly rainfall. October has had the most (but not
in the past two years).
August may be the second hottest month but it has nearly as much
rainfall as December.
Rainfall has increased in general by 17% in the last 4 years (comparing
2004 & 2008).
